[True to her word, Ikora is near the site when she makes her post to the network, waiting in a visible spot where she can also see people approach. She's overheard some hunters talking about the Shady Man who supposedly set this in motion, but it's not enough to go on. She needs more if she's going to take action.]

[She scuffs a foot at the ground, briefly second-guessing herself for a moment before she sighs.]

Look, some of my friends got sick from this and I don't know if refugees were actually involved or not. I don't know any of the people that got called out.

[She looks away, watching the market area, remembering her own panic during the attack.]

So I'm a bit more paranoid than normal. I mean no offense. [Well. Mostly. She looks back and her posture loosens some.] It might be nothing useful, but one of the customers I was helping earlier was talking about how she saw a bunch of unsavory people on the train for Flona Cove about a year ago. [She frowns.] She wasn't really helpful for more information about it.

Unsavory can mean a number of things.

[Ikora sighs. There are so many conflicting messages here, along with messages that have no clear connection to the issue at hand.]

If it would ease your worry, I don't think our fellow refugees were responsible. Complicit, perhaps, but it is difficult for a group of people to organize something like this after only meeting within the last two or three months. We've merely become involved in an internal conflict that existed before we arrived, for better or worse.
